Job summary

Kaskaid Hospitality in Saint Paul is seeking a Wait Staff Assistant to support front-of-house operations in a fast-paced restaurant. This hourly role starts at $13 per hour and includes tipping, with opportunities for advancement. You will work closely with servers, management and guests to ensure a warm, efficient dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality service and guest interaction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of proper etiquette for table service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Servers and Management to deliver warm, efficient service.
• Help with food delivery, guest service, and table maintenance.
• Carry dishes to kitchens and assist with clearing and cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, shelves, and dining areas.
• Interact with guests and staff in a friendly, fast manner.
• Support CRAVE team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Other duties as directed.
