Panera Bread in Hoover, AL is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to provide warm hospitality and assist in fast-paced bakery-cafe operations. You will greet guests, prepare fresh salads and sandwiches, and help ensure a clean, inviting dining area.

This role offers flexibility, on-shift meals, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a friendly, fast-paced setting while adhering to food safety

Qualifications

Minimum age 16+
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
Passionate about creating moments of comfort and joy for guests

Responsibilities

Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
Assist in bakery-cafe areas (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Barista, etc.).
Assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
Stay active and assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
Maintain a clean, safe, inviting environment following food safety standards.
Support team by completing cleaning, stocking duties and helping the next shift.
