Job summary

Panera Bread in Oxford, AL is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, greeting guests with warmth, assembling fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches, and delivering consistent, friendly service with every visit.

You’ll work in a fast-paced bakery-cafe, keep areas clean and safe, and support the team with flexible scheduling, paid time off for full-time staff, and opportunities for growth and development within Panera Bread.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to communicate clearly in a loud, busy environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Food handler training or certification as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Prepare and serve items across production, prep, service areas.
• Assist at cashier, dining, drive-thru, and expo as needed.

• Support team by stocking and assisting with setup for next shift.
