Bartending is a plus but not required. Responsibilities include courteous service, accurate order entry into Toast, knowledge of menu and beverages, accommodating dietary needs, opening/closing duties, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year serving experience in a high-volume restaurant operation.
• Experience in hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to communicate guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to culinary staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, prompt service to guests.
• Enter guest orders accurately into Toast (POS).
• Maintain knowledge of menu and beverage offerings.
• Personalize guest experiences and suggest items.
• Open and close duties; keep the work area clean and presentable.
• Ensure guest safety and follow company policies.
