Emmy Squared Athens is hiring experienced Restaurant Servers to join our hospitality-focused team. We seek professionals who can deliver superb, memorable guest experiences and collaborate with a fast-paced service team.

Even though bartending is a plus, it is not required. We value friendly, proactive individuals who can handle dietary requests and keep guests engaged from entry to exit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year serving experience in a high-volume restaurant operation.
• Experience requiring excellent customer service, cash handling, service recovery and problem-solving skills.
• Bartending experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to deliver personalized, memorable hospitality and handle dietary requests gracefully.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule and fast-paced shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, prompt service to guests.
• Enter guest orders accurately into Toast POS.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and beverage offerings.
• Personalize guest experience by understanding guests' needs and offering suggestions.
• Communicate guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to kitchen staff.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Maintain a clean and presentable work environment.
• Promote safety and adhere to company policies.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
• Lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 lbs; stand for extended periods.
