Life Care Services at The Glenview at Pelican Bay in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to assist the Executive Director in the overall administration of a LifePlan community with 118 independent living units and a 42-bed health center.

The role emphasizes licensure maintenance, regulatory compliance, and leadership across sales, marketing and operations to achieve occupancy and care standards for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of management experience in health care or life care community environment.
• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Florida.
• Thorough understanding of federal and state laws related to community operation.
• Ability to work diplomatically with diverse publics including residents, boards, community groups, and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Director in maintaining licensure and certification; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain positive relationships with government agencies that survey and inspect the community.
• Ensure corporate compliance and HIPAA directives are implemented and monitored.
• Oversee sales/occupancy results and influence sales culture.
• Lead and contribute to sales, marketing, and business development strategy.
