Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of combined restaurant management experience (hospitality coursework preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; completion of AGE Management Training.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends; ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drives daily operations with training, service, hospitality, and ambiance.
• Manages profitability by monitoring performance, costs, and inventory.
• Interviews, hires, and develops team members embodying extreme hospitality.
• Oversees scheduling, inventories, ordering, reports, and cash handling.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation, safety, and labor regulations.
• Supports FOH and BOH to maintain service standards.
