Job summary

Jucebox, a Nashville-based hospitality-led platform for marketing and events, seeks an Events and Experience Manager to lead partner events with curiosity, energy, and meticulous care.

You will own end-to-end logistics, curate guest experiences, coordinate across channels, and collaborate on budgets, post-event reports, and SOPs. This in-person, full-time role builds playbooks and positions Jucebox Live for future revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in hospitality, event management, or client experience.
• Ability to build SOPs and run-of-show docs.
• Strong budget management with finance collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presence.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics, agenda, run-of-show, and on-site experience for Jucebox Partners' event portfolio.
• Curate the experience itself: hospitality moments, gifting, surprise-and-delight, branded merchandise, and guest-facing staging.
• Communicate across channels: website content, invites, logistics, SMS strategy, and on-site signage.
