• Current junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and assist in day-to-day management of construction projects.
• Split time between office and field.
• Prepare materials for project kickoff meetings.
• Participate in on-screen takeoffs for proposals and pricing.
• Assist with submittal and RFI processes.
• Conduct safety and quality audits.
• Document site observation reports.
• Manage punchlist tracking and monitoring.
• Assist in creating project schedules and adjusting them as needed.
• Learn CSI divisions and scopes of work.
