Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the day-to-day shop operations, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and own sales and profitability. You will drive a culture of hospitality, coach technicians and advisors, and manage workflow to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality.

You will set standards, educate customers, and build a team that thrives on accountability and growth, with a focus on repeat business and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Automotive repair industry experience required.
• Proven leadership in an automotive service environment.
• Able to read repair orders and maintenance recommendations.
• Strong guest-focused communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operation of the shop and own guest experience, sales, workflow, and people.
• Set hospitality standards and hold the team to them.
• Lead, coach, and develop service advisors and technicians.
• Drive sales through education and value, not pressure.
• Manage shop workflow and scheduling for productivity and on-time delivery.
• Own daily numbers: sales, labor, gross profit, and KPIs.
• Hire, train, and build a bench of great people.
