Responsibilities

• Work closely with culinary leadership to ensure residents are satisfied with dining programs.
• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment per policy.
• Keep dish room neat, clean and sanitary.
• Record temperatures and sanitation levels as required.
• Assist cooks and wait staff and help with special events.
