Job summary

White Lodging is hiring a Dishwasher and kitchen support associate to keep back-of-house operations running smoothly. You will support the culinary team, maintain cleanliness, and help create a safe, efficient work environment in a fast-paced hotel setting.

No prior dishwasher experience is required; we welcome motivated individuals who want to grow in hospitality. DailyPay and strong benefits are offered to eligible full-time associates.

Qualifications

• No prior dishwasher or kitchen experience required, but ability to learn quickly is essential.
• Ability to work well with kitchen staff in a busy hotel environment.
• Must be able to stand and move quickly for long shifts.
• Comfort working in a high-volume commercial kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, wash tables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other kitchen equipment.
• Keep floors and surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain safety.
• Scrape food from dishes and wash by hand or in the industrial dishwasher.
• Sort silverware; properly load and unload the dishwasher to meet sanitation standards.
• Sort and store all clean china, glassware, and other serveware using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading product and supporting the culinary team as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
