Responsibilities include setting up equipment, washing and storing dishes, and following safety procedures. The job requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and delivering friendly guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods, move constantly, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Strong guest service skills required.
• Attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Sets up dishwasher correctly (temperature, drains, detergents).
• Washes dirty dishes and stacks/stores properly.
• Cleans dishwashing equipment and work areas.
• Performs clean-up in all kitchen areas.
• Wash pots and pans including presoak and sanitizing.
• Dispose of waste as prescribed by management.
• Assists in stocking and rotating stock and cleaning stock rooms.
• Complete OSHA training as required.
• Know fire alarm system and evacuation procedures.
• All duties performed safely and adapt to changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of business information.
