F. Schumacher & Co., America’s luxury design house, seeks a Hospitality Business Operations & Sampling Intern in New York City.

You’ll support sampling efforts, sales and marketing initiatives, and order processing for the Hospitality brand, gaining hands-on exposure to luxury textiles and contract interiors. Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university or hold a bachelor's degree with a competitive GPA.
Fast-paced multi-tasker able to work with teams and independently.
Interest in interior design and luxury hospitality.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Willingness to learn and contribute to sampling, sales and order processing.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Design Consultant and Project Manager teams to support clients.
Process memo orders and project shops for the Hospitality team.
Cut and label custom Hospitality fabrics and wallcoverings for designer approval.
Collaborate with the Project Management team to execute key initiatives and tasks for the department's growth.
Assist with operations and logistical tasks as needed.
