Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Design & Construction team for Sage Studio hotel and restaurant developments. You will maintain schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring clear communication among Studio, SHM, SRC, and external consultants.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in project coordination for hotel/restaurant projects, with strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset to support branding, FF&E procurement, and on-site activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience coordinating design/construction in hospitality projects preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support feasibility studies and RFP responses for new opportunities.
• Assist in cost estimates for hotel/restaurant developments including FF&E/OS&E.
• Coordinate design development across consultants and internal teams.
• Help monitor design schedules and track milestones.
• Maintain organized project records and punch lists.
• Support FF&E/OS&E procurement and field inspections.
