As a Crew Member, you will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, upsell items, keep the area clean, and work with a team to deliver fast, friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and reliable transportation.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform fast-paced tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact, smile and answer menu questions.
• Input orders into the POS accurately, including mods.
• Process payments and give correct change.
• Suggest add-ons based on promotions and orders.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns with respect and process refunds.
• Assemble food orders per specifications and pack with condiments.
• Keep work area clean and organized, including dining room and restrooms.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Count cash drawers daily following procedures.
