Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact and friendly service.
• Input orders into POS accurately, with modifications.
• Process payments and give correct change.
• Suggest add-ons based on promotions and orders.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and proper cash handling.
• Resolve customer complaints with respect and process refunds as needed.
• Assemble food orders with packaging and condiments.
• Keep work area clean and organized (counters, dining room, restrooms, exterior).
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team for smooth operations.
• Count cash drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures.
