Job summary

Citrin is hiring a Hospitality Ambassador in Downtown Columbus. You will deliver premium hospitality at a busy parking facility, greeting guests, guiding parking, and ensuring a welcoming experience for all customers.

This role emphasizes exceptional service, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting. Full-time and part-time positions are available with weekly pay, PTO from day one, and benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile and provide hospitality.
• Assist guests with parking guidance and entry/exit procedures.
• Monitor garage area for safety and report issues.
• Perform light cleaning to keep the area inviting.
• Support guests with parking equipment and routes.
