Zusammenfassung

The Avalon of Lewis Center, operated by LCS (Life Care Services), is seeking a warm, hospitality-focused Concierge to greet residents, guests, and staff. You will be the first point of contact, handling reception duties and providing exceptional customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8am–4pm with weekends off. Competitive starting pay of $16-$17 per hour, plus benefits, potential sign-on bonus, and open interview sessions on Wednesdays 10am–12pm and

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or reception is a plus.
• Strong communication and computer skills are important.

Aufgaben

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage and greet residents and guests professionally.
• Resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors, and staff to meet objectives and satisfaction.
• Accept and document delivery packages and notify residents; assist with maintenance work orders.
• Support Business Office Manager with projects and daily tasks.
