Job summary

Chris Baily is seeking a Hospitality Concierge to deliver exceptional client service and coordinate both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and professional collaboration with Dining/Catering, Facilities, AV, IT and Security teams. Monday–Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm ET.

Responsibilities

• Register, greet and check in clients to ensure a warm welcome.
• Assist with room bookings for meetings and coordinate logistics.

• Communicate with stakeholders across Dining/Catering, Facilities, AV, IT and Security.
• Generate and send daily reporting to stakeholders.
• Handle switchboard calls with prompt and accurate information.
• Submit workplace service tickets for timely issue resolution.
• Support local business units with workspace and client-service requests.

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Hospitality Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service. This role encompasses all aspects of the employee and client experience, managing both front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.

Hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 10:00am-7:00pm ET.

Responsibilities

• Register, greet and check in clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome and positive first impression
• Assist with room booking requests for high-level external and internal meetings, ensuring all logistical details are fully captured
• Conduct room readiness inspections, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and up to standard prior to each meeting
• Maintain clear and effective communication with key stakeholders such as Dining/Catering, Facilities, Audio Visual, IT and Security teams, streamlining communication and ensuring alignment
• Generate, review and send daily reporting to designated stakeholders, ensuring the next day is well prepared for success
• Answer and assist with switchboard calls from clients and employees, providing prompt and accurate information
• Submit workplace service tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Support local business units with various requests related to the workspace and client service, enhancing overall workplace satisfaction and productivity

Qualifications

• Experience in client service or hospitality roles
• Strong passion for and commitment to client service excellence
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
