Job summary

Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is seeking a Construction Manager (PM) to oversee commercial construction projects from planning through closeout across hospitality, food and beverage, and fuel center environments.

You will coordinate field activities, manage budgets and schedules, and supervise subcontractors to deliver high-quality results while upholding safety standards and tribal policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of supervisory or management experience in commercial construction.
• Strong general contractor experience with hospitality construction preferred.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate across trades and manage budgets, schedules, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hospitality, food & beverage, and fuel center construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Supervise crews and subcontractors to ensure alignment with plans, specs, and deadlines.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, change orders, and progress reports; coordinate vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and regulatory standards; model Five Star Experience.
