Job summary

Hospice of Dayton, Inc. is seeking a Hospitality & Cleanliness Specialist for our Dayton, Ohio location. This full-time role (40 hrs/week) will work day/evening shifts 3p-11:30p with every-other weekend/holiday rotations and may float to Middletown and Troy IPU locations as needed.

The position emphasizes maintaining clean, sanitary environments to support superior patient and staff care. Prior experience and a valid driver's license with insurance are required.

Qualifications

• GED or High school diploma required or preferred.
• At least one year of related experience and/or training.
• Computer skills sufficient to properly communicate and document.
• Travel may be required during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
• Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record
• State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage

Responsibilities

• Supports sanitation protocols and infection control measures as directed.

What You Should Know About the Hospitality & Cleanliness Specialist Role:

• This is a Full Time position, 40 hrs per week, with varied day/evening hours 3p-11:30p and an every other weekend/holiday rotation
• The position will be for coverage for our Dayton Hospice House Inpatient facility, but will float to our Middletown and Troy Hospice House IPU's as needed
• We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end of life journey.
