Chick-fil-A Raytown is seeking a Hospitality Captain to create a welcoming dining room and deliver signature Chick-fil-A service. You will greet guests, refresh beverages, clear trays, and uphold standards while building personal connections with customers.

• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant.
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly.
• Must have a sense of urgency.
• Be team-oriented, dependable, with a strong work ethic and strong communication.
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Demonstrate consistency and reliability.
• Be adaptable and efficient.
