Chick-fil-A Raytown is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in daily operations, coach team members, and uphold brand standards in a high-volume setting.

You will set the tone for the shift, ensure excellent guest service, and count drawers while maintaining a positive, fast-paced work environment. This role emphasizes urgency, reliability, and strong communication to drive operational excellence.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards for quality and service
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Must have a strong sense of urgency
• Be team-oriented, dependable, with a strong work ethic and strong communication
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Demonstrate consistency and reliability
• Be adaptable and efficient Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in a high‑volume, fast‑paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Shift lead and/or assist shift leader
• Count drawers
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
