Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association is seeking a Busser to join our team at the Orchard Creek Facility in Lincoln, CA. You will support servers, maintain a clean dining area, and help ensure guests have a welcoming dining experience for residents and visitors.

The role emphasizes teamwork, active participation, and dependable, friendly service in a community-focused setting. Evening and weekend shifts are available, with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• Food Handler's Card preferred or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak English is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and reset tables with utensils, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
• Replace table settings and prepare tables promptly for new guests.
• Assist servers by clearing dishes, glassware, and flatware.
• Provide beverage refills, coffee, tea, water, and bread service as needed.
• Ensure dining room cleanliness by wiping surfaces and keeping areas tidy.
• Transport soiled dishes and utensils to the dishwashing area.
• Monitor dining room conditions and report concerns to management.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work duties.
• Assist with banquet setups, events, and private parties.
• Deliver friendly, courteous service while interacting with residents and guests.
