Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Strong knowledge of drink preparation and health standards.
• Ability to read and write in the workplace language(s).
• Good communication skills, verbal and written, and basic numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, welcoming service at Montana's Lounge.
• Assist servers, bartenders and bar porters as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and hotel services.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policy on alcohol service.
• Collaborate with other departments and maintain open communication.
