This role partners with Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Income Audit; responsibilities include invoicing, aging follow-up, posting payments, month-end close, and reporting. Qualifications include a HS diploma, strong Excel skills, and at least 1 year of financial hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process guest, group, corporate, and house account invoices.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Post payments, adjustments, and credits to customer accounts.
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures related to receivables.
• Generate AR reports and provide analysis to management as requested.
