Rapport, a division of FLIK Hospitality Group within Compass Group USA, is seeking a Hospitality Aide Omnicom NYC on-site in NYC. You will welcome clients and staff, maintain public areas, and serve as the front-desk point of contact.

The role requires on-site presence five days a week, ability to move up to 50 lbs, and strong knowledge of local area and services. Training and development are provided, with a path to grow within the Rapport/Compass network.

Qualifications

• Provide high-level internal and external customer support.
• Restock office, kitchen, and pantry supplies.
• Prepare and maintain conference rooms for meetings.
• Coordinate conference room setups for sessions.
• Ability to move and lift conference furniture up to 50 lbs.
• Ensure all trash is cleared at regular intervals.
• Maintain and report maintenance related reports.
• Basic knowledge of equipment troubleshooting.
• Greet employees and visitors with a friendly demeanor.
• Speak knowledgeably about the office, building, transportation, and local amenities.
• Ensure cleanliness of all office spaces including lobby and kitchens.

Responsibilities
