Job summary

Chelsea Retirement Community in Chelsea, MI is hiring a Hospitality Aide for part-time shifts (12pm-8:30pm) with 24 hours per week. You will help residents with transportation to meals and activities, respond to call lights, and provide companionship to residents.

You’ll also assist with room cleaning, linens, and supplies, support dining services by delivering meals, assisting hydration, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or caregiving preferred.
• Ability to assist with daily resident needs.

What You'll Do

As a Hospitality Aide, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents each day. In this role, you'll assist with transporting residents to meals and activities, respond to call lights within your scope, and provide companionship through one-on-one interaction. You'll help keep resident rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked, supporting the care team by handling tasks like making beds, refreshing linens, and maintaining supplies.

You'll also support dining services by delivering and collecting meal trays, assisting with hydration, and providing snacks or supplements as needed. Behind the scenes, you'll help ensure equipment is clean, supplies are put away, and the environment remains safe and organized. Throughout your shift, you'll interact with residents, families, and team members, delivering a high level of customer service while helping create a positive and caring community experience.
