Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Fentress County is seeking a hospitality aide with the opportunity to train on-site to become a licensed CNA. This role supports residents through tasks like monitoring call lights, delivering meals, making beds, and assisting with personal care, all in a patient-centered facility in Jamestown, TN.

The position features classroom-style training on-site starting 12/1/2026, with potential to transition to full-time after obtaining TN State CNA licensure.

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

This position is for anyone looking to get their CNA certification. Class starts 12/1/2026. You will train classroom style on site. Once through the training there is potential to go full time as a newly licensed CNA should you pass the test and get your TN State CNA licensure.
