Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hospitality Aide. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, as well as assisting with daily tasks such as monitoring and assisting smoking, cleaning & filling ice chests, passing ice/refreshing ice water, removing food trays, organizing resident rooms, providing companionship, passing other fluids and snacks, and other duties as needed. If you are a caring and organized individual who is passionate about providing top-notch customer service, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities

• Present a professional image to residents and families through dress, behavior, and speech
