Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Hospitality Aide to support residents with non-clinical daily tasks, meals, and a clean, safe living environment.

You will help with bed-making, hydration, meal service, activities, laundry, and reporting safety concerns, while following policies and maintaining professional interactions with residents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.

• Maintain cleanliness: keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide laundry assistance: assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow safety & compliance: comply with patient rights and safety policies.
• Observe and report: identify and report concerns or safety issues.
• Assist as needed: perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily operations.

Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide

In this role, you will:

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Observe and Report: Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
• Assist as Needed: Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
