Job summary

Claremore Skilled Nursing & Therapy is seeking a Hospitality Aide to create a warm, welcoming environment for residents. You will assist with daily tasks, help residents with comfort needs, and support visitors in navigating the facility.

No prior CNA required, but there is opportunity for on-the-job training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) through Bridges Health Academy. Competitive benefits accompany full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass criminal background check.
• Ability to pass Post Offer/Pre-Employment Screen (for physical abilities).
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with room moves, clothing identification, and housekeeping duties.
• Answer call lights and route to the proper caregiver.
• Assist residents with comfort needs such as temperature control, blinds, and moving items within reach.
• Assist in resident activities.
• Assist residents with technology needs.
• Help visitors find their desired locations within the facility.
