The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in AP, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and Workday. Hospitality accounting experience is a plus, with a collaborative finance team culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounts payable, accounting, or finance experience preferred.
• Hospitality or hotel accounting experience preferred.
• Degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and AP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Review invoices for proper coding, supporting documentation, and approvals.
• Verify invoices against PO, contracts, and receiving records.
• Maintain organized accounts payable records.
• Assist with weekly check runs, ACH, and card payments.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries with vendors.
• Communicate invoice status and required documentation to vendors.
