Job summary

The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to ensure accurate, timely, and controlled financial operations for the property. This hands-on role covers daily accounting, cash management, revenue review, payroll processing, tax filings support, reconciliations, and recordkeeping.

You will work with resort leadership, HR, and finance leadership to uphold internal controls and reliable reporting, while guiding cash handling and payroll processes in a complex

Qualifications

• Three or more years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with cash reconciliations and payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close.
• Knowledge of hospitality accounting practices and USALI concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily bank, cash, and credit card activity.
• Review hotel, restaurant, POS, and night-audit revenue reports.
• Investigate discrepancies in revenue, tax, and cash handling.
• Prepare bi-weekly payroll and post payrolls to the general ledger.
• Assist with sales tax, occupancy tax, and other filings.
• Complete journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close support.
• Maintain organized financial records and audit documentation.
• Collaborate with resort leaders to strengthen internal controls.
• Provide guidance on cash handling and accounting deadlines.
