Qualifications

• Completed basic professional nursing education as approved by a state board.
• Master’s or higher level APRN education from an accredited program is required.
• Licensed to practice as an RN with multi-state or Oklahoma license.
• APRN license with current specialty certification and prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical services including assessment, intervention and evaluation of care within scope of practice.
• Consults with physicians and healthcare teams to provide coordinated patient care.
• Documents services, including medical records, billing documents and care plans.
• Performs procedures and treatments per established protocols and may initiate drug therapy.
• Promotes patient wellness through education and meets patient needs.
• Maintains compliance with OSHA and HIPAA policies and procedures.
