Asante is seeking a Manager of Hospitalist Operations to lead all operational facets of the Hospitalist Program at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center and Asante Three Rivers Medical Center.

Responsibilities include managing scheduling, payroll, onboarding, and workflow optimization while driving quality and financial goals in collaboration with physician leaders and nursing leadership. This role requires onsite leadership and a commitment to Asante’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive clinic and/or hospital operations experience.
• Formal leadership experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field as specified.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of operations for the Hospitalist Program at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center and Asante Three Rivers Medical Center.
• Oversee provider scheduling, payroll and timecard administration, and incentive programs.
• Lead operational workflows and program development; ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with mission and values.
• Serve as on-site operational liaison to hospitalist physicians and advanced practice providers, collaborating with nursing leadership and health-system stakeholders.
