Ideal candidates for Pediatrician roles should be fellowship trained in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics and licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ. For Hospitalist roles, candidates should have at least 3 years of Pediatric experience, be Board-certified/Board-eligible in Pediatrics, and interested in Patient Safety and Clinical Process Improvement.
