Job summary

Society of Critical Care Medicine is seeking a hospitalist in Clovis, California. You will provide inpatient care in a closed ICU, collaborate with a diverse team, and participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

The role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for leadership development, and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. ACLS is required, and experience with the Epic EMR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.
• Willing to sponsor H1B visas; in-house visa specialists, licensing and credentialing support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment.
• No procedures required.
• Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.
• ACLS certification required.
• Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives (length of stay, readmissions, regulatory compliance).
• Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings and hospital-wide initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality care with a flexible schedule and work-life balance.
• Collaborate with hospital colleagues across departments and serve on committees.
• Utilize Epic EMR system.
