Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed MD or DO with state medical license and board eligibility/certification.
• Ability to work rotating schedule and communicate effectively.
• Commitment to safety, patient confidentiality, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients per approved protocol and standards.
• Provide medical services and health education to patients and families.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed.
• Interpret diagnostic information and formulate care plans.
• Maintain patient records and coordinate referrals with care team.

Education

Medical Doctor - Board of Medicine Licensed and board certified/board eligible

Doctor of Osteopathy - Board of Medicine Licensed and board certified/board eligible

DEA license (US DOJ)
