Sound Physicians seeks a Daytime Hospitalist in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to join our established team at a 137-bed facility. You will provide inpatient care for about 18 patients daily, with an APP covering nights and EPIC as the EMR.

In-house licensing/credentialing support is provided, and 2027 graduates are welcome to apply. The schedule is 7-days-on/7-days-off, with no required night shifts unless rotating with teammates.

Formación

• Board certification/eligibility in internal medicine is preferred, or family medicine with 3+ years of Hospitalist experience as well.
• We provide in-house licensing and credentialing support.
• Now accepting 2027 graduates for this position.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Local Team Collaboration:

• We take pride in our well-established team at Texas Health Hughley of 4 physicians, 2-night APP’s, with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator.

Qualifications:

• Board certification/eligibility in internal medicine is preferred, or family medicine with 3+ years of Hospitalist experience as well.
• We provide in-house licensing and credentialing support.

Scheduling:

• 7-days-on/7-days-off schedule.
• You will rotate through night calls with the other doctor and are not required to go in.

Rewards and Compensation:

• Day Shift rate is $1,475 at 91.25 shifts and $1,725 at 91.25 shifts (when on call).
• Night calls are $250/night.
• All-in base is around $312,000.
• Eligible for RVU and Quality bonus.
• Full benefits, including CME allowance.
