Sound Physicians is seeking a day hospitalist to join our team serving Killeen and the Central Texas region, with easy access to Austin. Live in Killeen or nearby communities and collaborate with experienced hospitalists and the Sound emergency medicine team to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications include board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine and authorization to work in the United States.

We are hiring a day hospitalist physician.Enjoy the flexibility to live in Killeen or nearby communities including Temple, Belton, Georgetown, Cedar Park, and Liberty Hill, with easy access to Austin.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit team of 10 physicians and 2 APPs at AdventHealth Central Texas and Rollins Brook.
• Collaborate with experienced hospitalists in a supportive, physician-focused practice environment.
• Partner closely with Sound’s emergency medicine team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

• 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix of inpatient rounding and admissions.
• EPIC EMR.
• Intensivist support, no procedures required.
