Job summary

Texas Health Hughley seeks a Swing Physician to join the Hospitalist Team in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on admitting patients during a 2 pm–12 am schedule, with no procedures required and EPIC as the EMR.

We offer in‑house licensing/credentialing support, H1‑B sponsorship, and a collaborative, diverse team environment within the hospital’s network.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine.
• In-house licensing and credentialing support.

• Not accepting 2027 graduates.

Responsibilities

• Admit 8–10 patients on average per shift.
• This is an admitter position only.
• No procedures performed.

Local Team Collaboration:

• We take pride in our well-established team at Texas Health Hughley of 23 physicians, 4 APP’s, with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator.
• Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine only.
• We provide in-house licensing and credentialing support.
• In-house Immigration support, and we can sponsor H1-B candidates.
• We are not accepting 2027 graduates for this position.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

• Monday-Friday, 2 pm- 12 am.

Rewards and Compensation:

• Swing shift rate is: $1,270.83.
• Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts.
• 15 days of PTO.
• Eligible for RVU and Quality bonus.
• Full benefits, including CME allowance.
