Job summary

Sound Physicians is hiring a Hospital Medicine Nurse Practitioner in Fresno, California to join our hospitalist team. This role supports full-time or part-time Physician Assistants on a swing shift schedule, with 12-hour shifts and a 7 on/7 off pattern.

Admissions for the hospitalist service and collaboration with a diverse team are core aspects of the role. Experience in inpatient care is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible physician assistants
• Active California license preferred
• Experience in a hospital setting with inpatient care experience preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.

We are hiring full-time or part-time Physician Assistants for our swing shift role.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center.
• Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.
• Community Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows.
• Community Regional Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center.

Rewards and Compensation:

• Annual compensation of $165,000 - $170,000 salary + bonuses, based on the number of shifts worked.
