Sound Physicians in Fresno, California is seeking a hospital medicine nurse practitioner for a swing shift. We offer full-time or part-time roles with 12-hour shifts (12 pm–12 am or 1 pm–1 am) and a 7 on/7 off schedule.

Join a team of physicians and advanced practice providers at Community Regional Medical Center, a Level 1 Trauma Center. California license preferred; new graduates welcome and inpatient experience is a plus. Epic EMR used for charting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible nurse practitioners with acute care certification required.
• Active California license preferred.
• Experience in a hospital setting with inpatient care is preferred.

• Work alongside other day and swing shift advanced practice providers.

We are hiring full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioners for our swing shift role.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center.
• Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.
• Community Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows.
• Community Regional Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible nurse practitioners with acute care certification required.
• Active California license preferred.

• Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.

Scheduling:

• We are looking for a nurse practitioner for an admitting/swing-shift role.
• 7 on/7 off schedule.
• Shifts are 12 hours in length; 12 pm -12 am and1 pm- 1 am.

Rewards and Compensation:

• Annual compensation of $165,000 - $170,000 salary + bonuses, based on the number of shifts worked.
