Job summary

Mercy Northwest Arkansas is recruiting a board-certified/board-eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our Hospitalist group in Rogers, AR. The role features a 7 on/7 off schedule with 12-hour day rounds and rotating admit/night shifts in an Open ICU with Critical Care coverage.

Candidates will teach with the Alice Walton School of Medicine and our Internal Medicine residency program (UAMS affiliation).

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Inpatient hospitalist experience with ICU exposure preferred.
• Ability to participate in teaching and academic programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient internal medicine care as part of the hospitalist group.
• Work 12-hour day rounds with 7 on/7 off schedule; rotate admits and night shifts.
• Participate in teaching with the Alice Walton School of Medicine and UAMS-affiliated program.
