Job summary

Mercy Northwest Arkansas seeks a PRN board certified/eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our Hospitalist group in Rogers, AR. This as-needed role provides exposure to a thriving health system recognized for exceptional care and surgical and medical collaboration.

Applicants must be comfortable with intubations and line placements; IM residency through UAMS teaching is required. Our system uses Epic EHR and offers subspecialty support within a not-for-profit, PSLF-eligible environment.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Experience as a hospitalist is preferred.
• Comfortable with intubations and placing lines.
• IM residency program through UAMS-teaching is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PRN hospitalist coverage in Rogers, AR.
• Deliver inpatient care with 24/7 Critical Care support.
• Collaborate with subspecialists and Epic EHR workflows.
