Job summary

Mercy Northwest Arkansas invites board certified or eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalists to join our Hospitalist group in Rogers, AR. Expect a 7 on/7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts, day rounds, rotating admits/night shifts, and potential nocturnist opportunities.

We offer an open ICU model with critical care coverage and strong teaching ties to the Alice Walton School of Medicine and our Internal Medicine residency program.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Experience in ICU management preferred.
• H-1B visa eligibility is available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Join an established hospitalist group in Rogers, AR.
• Provide day rounds with rotating admit/night shifts (12-hour).
• 7 on/7 off schedule; opportunity for nocturnist position.
• Open ICU model with critical care coverage; participate in ICU management.
• Engage in teaching with Mercy and affiliated residency programs.
