Job Opportunity: Nocturnal Hospitalist in Victorville, CA

We are seeking dedicated Nocturnal Hospitalists to join our team in Victorville, CA. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician who excels in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Work 12-hour shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
2. Manage 10-13 admissions per shift.
3. Collaborate with residents and perform critical care procedures such as intubation, central lines, arterial lines, and paracentesis.
4. Provide open ICU coverage, including ER admissions and floor coverage.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a hospitalist or ICU setting preferred.
• Ability to perform critical care procedures.
• Must be able to work with residents.
