Seeking Hospitalists in Tampa Bay, Florida

Join top hospitals serving the wonderful patients of the Tampa Bay area. Our large team of physicians and advanced practice professionals provides inpatient, post-acute, and transitional care with excellence.

Opportunity

• Join a prestigious, physician-led organization that values culture, hard work, and recognition.

• Collaborate with nearly 55 providers in a system that offers flexible scheduling, including possible blocked schedules with additional flex shifts per month.

• Manageable patient census within Tampa hospital or service line, supported by a strong team of clinical and/or APP support.

• Must be Board-Certified in Internal Medicine; hospitalist experience preferred and available to start this year.

• Active Florida medical licensure preferred (or application in process).

• Full-time, W2 employed contracts offering a competitive base salary, lucrative bonuses based on profit-sharing and productivity, and full benefits. Some providers earn up to $350K.

• This is not a locums opportunity and does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
